Little Dog Rescue of North Texas is not responsible for this dogs temperament, health or behavior and shall not be held liable in any way for any injury, damage, harm or loss this dog causes now or in the future to any person, property or animal.

By adopting this dog, you assume all risk associated with its health, temperament, and behavior from this day forward. If you cannot keep this dog, you will inform Little Dog Rescue of North Texas and will not euthanize, relinquish to any other entity, individual, family member, shelter, rescue group other than LDRNT.

Your adoption fee is non-refundable with the exception of the following terms:
- 2 week option to return to the dog to LDRNT with a full refund.
- After 2 week option has expired, please contact Gail Bennison directly to discuss any possible reimbursement if dog is surrendered back to LDRNT.
If now or in the future you choose to hold Little Dog Rescue of North Texas liable for any harm, damages, loss or injury this dog may cause you are responsible for paying Little Dog Rescue of North Texas’s legal fees and litigation costs.
Agreements
By checking the boxes below, you agree to the following:*
- I/We agree to provide care from this day forward to my new dog. This includes adequate food, water, exercise, shelter, veterinary care, and lots of love. The dog will be kept in the house and will not be tethered outside
- I agree never to sell, trade, or surrender the dog to any agency, family member, or stranger. I agree that this dog will be returned back to Little Dog Rescue of North Texas.
- I agree that the adoption fee is non-refundable and there is no reimbursement if the adoption does not work out unless agreed upon by Rescuer in terms listed below: 2 week option to return to the dog to LDRNT with a full refund. After 2 week option has expired, please contact Gail Bennison directly to discuss any possible reimbursement if dog is surrendered back to LDRNT.
- I agree that all expenses incurred after I take possession of dog will be my sole responsibility and Rescuer is released of any and all liabilities whether financially or other
- I hereby understand that the Rescuer may have obtained this animal from the shelter stated above or as an owner surrender and may have no prior information of age, breed, health issues, training, registration, behavioral issues or other. Any information shared by Rescuer is of verbal experience from Shelter staff, former owners or foster parent of the dog and Rescuer makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind concerning dog.
- I hereby understand that if either the Rescuer or the Adopter feels that the dog is in an unsafe or abusive environment, the adopter agrees that they will relinquish her/him back to LDRNT.
